Lindsey leads you in an all levels yoga class to help
support you throughout your pregnancy. Each class
is suitable for all trimesters, with suggestions for
modifications as needed. You will find strength and
stability to help you prepare for baby!
Session runs September 8 - October 13
Classes meet once weekly on Thursdays at 10:30 am
Y Members $55/six weeks
Participants $65/six weeks
Onsite childcare is available at no additional charge for program participants
